  • Birth Certificate

  • Proof of Residence
  • Verification of Household Income ( past 6 months )
  • Customer Registration Form ( this form is to get you started when you come in for assistance )

If you are downtown Olean, this is the building you'll be looking for.


It is located on North Union Street in the Blue Bird Square.


If you follow me inside, I'll show you where to go.  We will first need to stop at the desk up here and sign in and tell them we are going downstairs.


You have to go through the Department of Labor upstairs first.


Continue to the back by the offices, and follow the signs down the stairs.


Just inside the doorway stop at the desk...


Someone will be ready to assist you and send you where you need to go.


Today, I am meeting up with some of my friends.


Whether we need help with resumes, need a place to study, or computers to work on - this is the place.


There are lots of resources available to help you out.


Staff is willing to help you out.  GED classes are also available.


In the Training Room, computers are available with internet access to get you started.


While you are here learn some computer skills.


Do some research...


Bring your friends who also need assistance.


The One Stop is always there to help you out.
